In Loving Memory of Haskellen Westbrook – Caddo, Oklahoma

It is with deep sadness that the community of Caddo mourns the tragic loss of Haskellen Westbrook, a 70-year-old resident whose life was cut short on July 8, 2025, following a devastating vehicle-pedestrian collision in Atoka County.

According to authorities, the accident occurred Tuesday evening on Voca Road, just west of Caney, when a vehicle traveling westbound struck Haskellen. Emergency responders arrived quickly, but despite their efforts, Haskellen was pronounced deceased at the scene due to injuries sustained in the crash.

In the aftermath of this heartbreaking loss, pedestrian accident attorney Candice Bond emphasized the importance of conducting a full and thorough investigation. “Having the proper resources is extremely important in order to investigate a pedestrian accident case and prove negligence,” she stated.
