It is with broken hearts and unspeakable sorrow that we share the devastating news that the body of our beloved father, Richard Pagard, has been found and recovered following the catastrophic flooding in Kerrville, Texas.
Richard was deeply loved and cherished—not only by our family, but by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His strength, kindness, and steady presence were the foundation of our lives. The loss we feel is immeasurable.
While we are grateful for the closure that recovery brings, we are overwhelmed by the pain of saying goodbye far too soon, and under such tragic circumstances. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the search and rescue teams, first responders, and volunteers who worked tirelessly in the face of immense challenge to bring him home.
