In Loving Memory of Virginia Larins Hollis

With broken hearts and unfathomable grief, we share the tragic news of the passing of Virginia Larins Hollis, the beloved 8-year-old daughter of Lars Hollis, a deeply valued member of our HP family. Virginia was among those lost in the devastating July 4th flooding of the Guadalupe River in Central Texas — a tragedy that has shaken countless families and left our community in deep mourning.

Virginia was a bright, joyful child whose radiant spirit and boundless kindness touched everyone who had the privilege to know her. Described by loved ones as compassionate, curious, and full of light, she brought joy into every room she entered. Whether it was through her laughter, her hugs, or her endless imagination, Virginia made the world around her a better, softer, and more beautiful place.

The Hollis family’s loss is one that no words can truly ease. As we grieve with them, we also honor Virginia’s memory — a little girl whose love was vast, whose smile could warm a heart, and whose presence will be missed more than words can ever express.

In the midst of unimaginable sorrow, we hold close to the love Virginia gave so freely, and we lift up Lars and his family with every ounce of support, prayer, and compassion we have to give.Fly high, sweet Virginia. You were deeply loved. You always will be.

Your light will never dim.
