PUEBLO WEST, CO – With heavy hearts and profound sorrow, the Pueblo County Coroner’s Office has identified the two individuals who tragically lost their lives in a devastating single-car accident that occurred on the evening of Wednesday, July 10, 2025. The victims have been named as Adrian Gallegos, 25, of Pueblo, and Jeremiah Corbett, 23, of Pueblo West.
The crash took place in the 400 block of South McCulloch Boulevard in Pueblo West. Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene following reports of a serious accident involving a single vehicle. Upon arrival, first responders discovered the vehicle had sustained catastrophic damage. Tragically, both occupants were found unresponsive and were pronounced deceased at the scene by coroner investigators.
According to preliminary reports, the vehicle appeared to have lost control, veered off the roadway, and struck a fixed object. The cause of the crash remains under investigation by local authorities, who are working to determine whether speed, weather conditions, mechanical failure, or other contributing factors played a role in the incident. Toxicology results are pending, and a full accident reconstruction is underway.
Adrian Gallegos and Jeremiah Corbett were both described by friends and family as bright young men full of potential, whose lives were tragically cut short. Adrian, known for his warm smile and love for family, was a proud Pueblo native with deep ties to the community. Jeremiah, a Pueblo West resident, was admired for his friendly spirit and his drive to build a meaningful future.
“Our hearts go out to the families of Adrian and Jeremiah,” said a spokesperson for the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office. “We know no words can ease the pain, but we want the families to know they are not alone during this incredibly difficult time.”
