ST. LOUIS, MO – The search for 19-year-old Andrew Klaus, who was reported missing on July 8, 2025, has come to a heartbreaking end. Authorities have confirmed that Andrew was found deceased following a fatal shooting in the 3100 block of Vine Grove Avenue.
At approximately 7:20 p.m. on July 8, officers with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call for a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered an adult male lying on the ground with a puncture wound to his head. Emergency Medical Services responded and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The victim was later identified as Andrew Klaus.
Investigators are now working to determine the circumstances surrounding his death. As of now, no suspects have been named, and the investigation remains active and ongoing.
