Elkton, VA, It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the tragic passing of Dylan Hartman, a cherished member of the Shenandoah community, who was taken from us far too soon at the age of 22 on July 14, 2025, following a devastating car accident.
Dylan was more than a name — he was a light in the lives of all who knew him.
