TEXAS — A tragic end has come to the search for Jasmine “Jassy” Whitherspoon, the 10-year-old girl who went missing during the recent flooding along the Guadalupe River. Her family has confirmed that Jasmine has been found and, heartbreakingly, she did not survive.
