In Loving Memory of Zuriel Raymond Pollicino

Yakima, Washington, It is with broken hearts that we share the devastating news of the passing of Zuriel Raymond Pollicino, who tragically lost his life on July 24, 2025, at just 21 years old. Taken far too soon, Zuriel was a young man full of promise, compassion, and depth — someone whose light touched many lives, even amidst his own struggles.

To know Zuriel was to know a soul that was intelligent, kind, loyal, and deeply caring. He faced significant challenges in life, including battles with mental health, but never allowed them to take away his love for others or his desire to help those in need. He had a rare and beautiful empathy — offering kindness not just to loved ones, but to strangers as well.

Zuriel was loved beyond measure. He leaves behind his devoted mother Kaci, his beloved sisters Zoe and Jayna, his father Ray, and a wide circle of family, friends, and chosen loved ones who are all mourning this unimaginable loss. My daughters, my husband, and I were incredibly close to Zuriel, and we are struggling to process the grief of losing someone who meant so much to us.

Zuriel didn’t get the time he deserved — time to fully live, to chase dreams, to build a future. But in the time he had, he left an undeniable impact. He was our “beautiful boy,” our first love, and a radiant spirit we will never forget.

A celebration of life or funeral service is currently being planned, but no date has been set. We will share details as soon as they are confirmed. In the meantime, we ask for your prayers and strength as we navigate this painful journey.

If you wish to support Zuriel’s family during this time, a GoFundMe has been created to help honor his life and legacy:
