Minneapolis, MN — The city is grieving the tragic and untimely death of Justin Adams Marshall, a 37-year-old Minneapolis resident who was fatally shot in the early hours of Friday, July 25, 2025.
According to the Minneapolis Police Department, the shooting occurred around 2:30 a.m. near West Franklin Avenue and Lyndale Avenue South. When officers arrived, they found Marshall suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he sadly passed away.
Preliminary reports suggest Justin had been speaking with another man inside a vehicle at the time of the shooting. The case remains under investigation, and no arrests have been made as of yet.
