Milwaukee, WI — A violent night in Milwaukee ended in tragedy after a triple shooting occurred late Sunday on 20th and Long Island Drive. Milwaukee Police confirm that three teenagers were shot, one fatally.
Authorities say the first victim, a 16-year-old boy, sustained fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second victim, also 16, was transported to a local hospital with non-fatal injuries. A third victim, a 17-year-old male, later arrived at a hospital seeking treatment for injuries believed to have been sustained during the same incident.
No arrests have been made at this time. Milwaukee Police say the investigation is ongoing as they work to identify and locate the suspect or suspects involved.
