O’FALLON, Missouri — The O’Fallon Police Department has confirmed that Keywana Montgomery, a 36-year-old woman reported missing on July 27, 2025, has been found deceased
Montgomery was last seen at her residence in O’Fallon before her disappearance was reported by family members. Earlier today, search efforts led officers to a drainage culvert located just south of Highway K and Christina Marie Drive. Tragically, Montgomery’s body was discovered inside the culvert.
The St. Charles County Medical Examiner responded to the scene and recovered her remains. A full forensic examination will be conducted to determine the cause and manner of death.
The O’Fallon Police Department continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident. Investigators are working to gather surveillance footage from the area in hopes of shedding light on what led to her death.
