Two Elderly Victims Killed in Crash Involving Ohio State Highway Patrol Cruiser

Albany, OH – A tragic accident on Thursday afternoon claimed the lives of two elderly residents from Albany, Ohio, following a collision involving a marked Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) cruiser.

The deceased have been identified as John G. Horton, 82, and LeAnn Horton, 72, a married couple well-known in their Albany community. Both were pronounced dead at the scene despite efforts by emergency responders.
