ELK LAKE, Minn. — A tragic motorcycle crash late Thursday night has claimed the life of a Princeton man.
According to the Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred around 11:15 p.m. near the intersection of 146th Street and 285th Avenue Northwest. The motorcyclist, identified as 27-year-old Andrew R. Steadman, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses reported seeing Steadman traveling at a high rate of speed shortly before the crash. Investigators recovered a helmet near the scene and are continuing to examine what may have led to the accident.
Authorities have not yet released additional details, and the investigation remains ongoing.
