With heavy hearts and unimaginable sorrow, we mourn the sudden and tragic loss of Ryan Wattigney, who passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2025, after going into anaphylactic shock. He was only 39 years old.
Ryan’s passing has left a gaping hole in the lives of all who knew him—especially his wife Dana and their children, who now face an uncertain future without the rock of their family. Losing a husband, a father, and a best friend in such a sudden, heartbreaking way is a pain that no words can ease.
Ryan was known for his kind heart, goofy sense of humor, and deep devotion to his family. He was a hardworking man who showed up every day with love, integrity, and an unmatched work ethic, all in service of providing the best life possible for the ones he loved most. His smile, his laughter, and his generosity touched everyone he met.
Now, in this time of overwhelming grief, we are asking the community—his friends, loved ones, coworkers, and neighbors—to rally around Dana and the kids to help ease the financial burden of funeral arrangements and provide support as they begin to navigate life without him.
