CHARLOTTE, N.C. ā A tragic and violent incident in northeast Charlotte has claimed the life of Jeremy Mouzon, 44, who died early Sunday morning after being stabbed multiple times and struck by a vehicle near the NoDa neighborhood.
According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, the incident occurred around 3 a.m. on Sunday, August 3, along Redwood Avenue near East Sugar Creek Road. Officers initially responded to a call requesting Medic assistance. Upon arrival, they found Mouzon suffering from critical injuries consistent with a stabbing and vehicular assault.
