Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal motorcycle crash on August 5 in western Tioga County, Pennsylvania, as 62-year-old Jean Marie Clutinger of English, Indiana.
According to Pennsylvania State Police in Mansfield, Jean was riding as a passenger on a motorcycle driven by her husband, 67-year-old Edward Clutinger, also of English. The couple, who were married, had been traveling through the area when tragedy struck.
Troopers report the crash happened shortly before 9 p.m. on U.S. Route 6 at the intersection with Shin Hollow Road in Gaines Township. The Clutingers’ motorcycle was traveling eastbound and slowing down to make a left turn onto Shin Hollow Road to reach the Rough Cut Lodge when the collision occurred.
