CONCORD, N.H. — A Concord woman has died after being struck by a vehicle while walking along Loudon Road on Monday morning.
Police identified the victim as Elaine Adams, 59, of Concord. The crash happened around 11:35 a.m. near 155 Loudon Road, close to the Burger King.
According to the Concord Police Department, officers and members of the Concord Fire Department responded quickly to the scene. Adams was transported to Concord Hospital but tragically succumbed to her injuries.
The crash remains under investigation, and authorities are asking for the public’s assistance. Anyone who witnessed the incident or has video footage is urged to contact Concord Police at (603) 225-8600.
