SHAMONG TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Route 206 is closed between Stokes and Atsion Lake following a fatal crash that claimed two lives, authorities confirmed.
The incident has prompted both northbound and southbound lanes of the highway to be shut while emergency crews respond. The Indian Mills Volunteer Fire Company, serving Shamong Township, is on the scene along with multiple mutual aid partners assisting with the response.
