It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Alisa M. Lamay, 47, of Cottondale, Alabama, who died following a tragic motorcycle accident on Friday, September 5, 2025.
Alisa was critically injured when her motorcycle left the roadway and struck a guardrail along Interstate 59 in Tuscaloosa County. Despite being airlifted to the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital, she later succumbed to her injuries.
Alisa will be remembered for her strength, her loving spirit, and the light she brought into the lives of her family, friends, and community. Those who knew her best will hold on to memories of her kindness, laughter, and unwavering dedication to those she loved.
Her passing is a heartbreaking reminder of how fragile life can be, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
