OLDHAM COUNTY, Ky – Authorities have confirmed that Brian Phillip Deaton, 43, of Oldham County, was one of two people killed in a two-vehicle collision on U.S. 60 last Thursday.
The crash occurred in the 1800 block of U.S. 60, formerly known as the U.S. 60 Bypass. Emergency responders arrived at the scene but were unable to save Deaton, who was pronounced dead at the site.
Officials are still working to identify the second victim, with the state medical examiner’s office handling the process.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and authorities have asked anyone with information about the incident to contact local law enforcement.
