SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – One person has died following a single-vehicle crash in Allen County on Wednesday.
According to the Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 3, the fatal collision occurred just before noon on October 1, 2025. Troopers were dispatched to the scene at the intersection of Macedonia Road and Old Gallatin Road.
A preliminary investigation determined that a red 2010 Ford Fusion, driven by 68-year-old Martin Arterburn of Scottsville, was traveling westbound on Macedonia Road when it left the roadway and struck a rock wall.
Arterburn was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by KSP.
