The Delaware State Police have identified the victim of Thursday’s tragic two-vehicle crash in Georgetown as 25-year-old Gudiel Ramirez-Lopez of Laurel, Delaware.

According to authorities, the crash remains under active investigation by the Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances that led to the fatal incident.

Troopers are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash or who has relevant information to contact Sergeant A. Mitchell at (302) 703-3269. Information can also be shared via private message to the Delaware State Police Facebook page or through Delaware Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-847-3333.
