PUEBLO, Colo. — The racing world is heartbroken following the tragic death of Danny Roberts, who was killed in a fatal crash on October 25, 2025, at Pueblo Motorsports Park (PMP). The heartbreaking incident marks what is believed to be the first fatal accident in the track’s 50-year history, a somber moment for racers and fans alike.

Danny Roberts was widely known as a kind, passionate racer who embodied the true spirit of motorsports. Friends and fellow racers describe him as a “good guy who loved the track” and someone who was always there to lend a hand or share his love for speed. His loss leaves an irreplaceable void in the tight-knit PMP community, also known as PMI.

Track officials shared a touching message: “May the dragstrip and racers in the sky welcome him home. Godspeed, Mr. Roberts.”

Though the cause of the crash has not yet been officially released, the memory of Danny Roberts will continue to race on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
