The King William community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of 26-year-old Jerean Rogers, who tragically lost his life in a fatal car accident early Tuesday morning, October 28, 2025. According to the Virginia State Police, the crash occurred around 6:29 a.m. along the 1300 block of King William Road (Route 30).
Preliminary investigations revealed that Jerean was driving a Honda Civic northbound when, for reasons still under investigation, his vehicle crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a Hyundai Tucson traveling in the opposite direction. The impact was severe, causing Jerean to be partially ejected from his vehicle. Despite immediate response from first responders, he was pronounced deceased at the scene. Authorities later confirmed that he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
