Zeke, affectionately known as “little Zeke,” was traveling home from school when the devastating accident occurred around 3:36 PM.
Despite the rapid response of emergency services and his swift transport to Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Zeke’s life could not be saved. Authorities confirmed that both Zeke and the fifteen-year-old involved were wearing protective headgear at the time of the collision. The older youth is voluntarily assisting police as the investigation continues.
