HAMPTON, N.H. — The Hampton Police Department is investigating a tragic single-vehicle e-scooter crash that claimed the life of 34-year-old Joseph Pepin, a Hampton resident and former Westford, Massachusetts native, over the weekend.
The heartbreaking incident occurred early Saturday morning, November 8, 2025, when officers were dispatched at approximately 12:54 a.m. to the area of Ashworth Avenue and G Street following reports of a person lying on the ground.
