TRACY, Calif. — Authorities have identified the young boy who tragically lost his life following a fight and stabbing earlier this month as 15-year-old Jadon Filio Hermosillo of Tracy.
According to the Tracy Police Department, the incident occurred on August 18 around 6:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Tahoe Circle. Six teenagers, all between the ages of 15 and 16, were reportedly involved in the altercation. During the fight, Hermosillo and another teen were injured and rushed to a nearby hospital. Despite medical efforts, Jadon succumbed to his injuries.
Loved ones describe Jadon as a cherished son and grandson whose life was cut far too short. His sudden passing has left his mother, family, and friends devastated. A verified GoFundMe campaign, created by his aunt Graciela Villa, is raising donations to help cover funeral and memorial expenses.
“No mother or family should endure this suffering,” Villa wrote in the fundraiser post, reflecting the grief and heartbreak felt by those closest to him.
