EVANSVILLE, Ind. — The Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office, in coordination with the Evansville Police Department, is investigating the death of a woman found inside her home last week.
Authorities identified the deceased as Susan Haynie, who was discovered at her residence in the 3300 block of East Gum Street on Wednesday, August 27.
An autopsy has already been conducted; however, officials say results are still pending at this time. The Coroner’s Office confirmed the investigation remains active as they continue to work with law enforcement to determine the circumstances surrounding Haynie’s death.
