In Loving Memory of Caden James Anthony Robinson

Batesville, Arkansas, With hearts filled with sorrow and love, we announce the passing of Caden James Anthony Robinson, age 16, of Batesville, who left this world far too soon on July 9, 2025.

Born on February 17, 2009, in Batesville, Caden was the beloved son of Tiffany (Winkles) Hix and Michael Robinson. A sophomore at Cedar Ridge High School, Caden was an active and spirited member of the school community, participating in both FFA and the music program—two passions that truly reflected his vibrant soul.

Caden’s love for music was undeniable. Whether singing, playing an instrument, or simply enjoying the rhythm of a good tune, music was his joy and his expression. He also found happiness in cooking, reading, fishing, and watching movies—activities he often shared with those he loved. Caden had a brilliant mind and an unforgettable personality. He was known for delivering random facts, sharing laughs, and lighting up any room with his distinctive, contagious laugh. He was unapologetically himself—a rare and beautiful trait that will be deeply missed.

Caden’s heart was enormous. He cared deeply for others, cherished his family, and was especially adored as “the best uncle” by his nieces and nephew. His warmth and kindness will live on in the countless lives he touched.

He is survived by his loving mother, Tiffany Hix; siblings Pete Hix (Jocelynn Diehl), Leandra Armendariz (Julio), and Joshlyn Hix, all of Batesville; paternal grandmother Donna Watts; maternal grandfather Tony Winkles; paternal grandfathers Rodney Robinson and Malcom Hix II; and a wide circle of aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

Caden was preceded in death by his father Malcom Hix III, biological father Michael Robinson, maternal grandmother Maurine Winkles, and uncle Jeremy Robinson.

Honorary pallbearers include his cousins Jackson Robinson, Jeremiah Robinson, Bentley Bullington, and Wyatt Cooley.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home in Batesville.

In honor of Caden’s deep involvement in school activities, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Cedar Ridge FFA and/or the Music Department, 1502 N. Hill St, Newark, AR, 72562.

Though Caden’s time here was far too short, his spirit, laughter, and love will echo in the hearts of all who knew him. May he rest in eternal peace.
