CEDAR PARK, Texas — The Cedar Park Police Department has released the names of the two people killed in a major crash late Monday night.
The collision occurred on September 1, 2025, at approximately 10:20 p.m. at the intersection of North Bell Boulevard and East New Hope Drive.
According to investigators, one vehicle was traveling northbound on North Bell Boulevard when another vehicle attempted to exit a gas station parking lot, leading to the crash.
Authorities confirmed that Jennifer Ballejo, 44, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passenger, Joriko Rubio, 17, was rushed to the hospital but later died from his injuries.
The driver of the second vehicle was also taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The Cedar Park Police Department Highway Enforcement Unit is currently investigating the incident to determine the circumstances leading up to the crash.
