Dundalk, Maryland, With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of James Francis Skarda IV, who departed this life on July 7, 2025, at the age of 35. A son, father, friend, and cherished family member, James will be remembered for the love he gave and the strength he showed throughout his life.
James is survived by his loving mother, Robin Skarda, his dear friend and companion Stephanie Milchling, and his greatest joy—his beloved daughter, Rose Lynn Skarda. He also leaves behind his siblings, as well as his treasured nieces and nephews, all of whom will carry his memory in their hearts forever.
James was preceded in death by his father and grandparents, whose love and legacy now welcome him in eternal peace. Though his time with us was far too short, his spirit will live on through the lives he touched with his kindness, laughter, and unwavering love for his family.
A viewing will be held on July 12 and 13, followed by a funeral service on July 14 at Our Lady of Hope School in Dundalk. Family, friends, and all whose lives were impacted by James are invited to attend and celebrate the life of a man who meant so much to so many.
May James Francis Skarda IV rest in peace, and may those who loved him find comfort in their memories and in one another during this time of profound loss.
