SEWARD COUNTY, Kan. — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating Juan Ralios-Batz, an estimated 40-year-old man wanted in Seward County on multiple serious charges involving crimes against children.

Ralios-Batz faces three counts of rape of a child, one count of aggravated kidnapping, one count of aggravated human trafficking, and one count of child abuse. The U.S. Marshals are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to his arrest.

Law enforcement officials urge anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts to contact authorities immediately. Ralios-Batz should be considered dangerous, and the public is advised not to approach him.
