It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Randy Oliver, beloved CEO of RKO Construction and a cherished member of the Campbell, Texas community. Randy tragically lost his life in a car accident, leaving behind a remarkable legacy that has touched the lives of all who knew him.

Randy was more than a successful entrepreneur—he was a mentor, coach, and true friend. His larger-than-life personality, relentless drive, and genuine care for others made him a standout figure both in business and in everyday life. At the helm of RKO Construction, Randy built more than a company—he created opportunities, lasting relationships, and a reputation rooted in hard work and heart. His ability to inspire and uplift those around him was unmatched.

Beyond the boardroom, Randy’s warmth and charisma were unforgettable. He had a rare gift for connecting with people from all walks of life. Whether in the mountains of Colorado, an elevator in Las Vegas, or a quick stop at a gas station, Randy never met a stranger—only friends he hadn’t made yet. His laugh, energy, and storytelling left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.

Above all, Randy was a devoted father to his beloved son, Grayson. He often spoke of Grayson with immense pride and love, calling him his hero. The bond they shared was powerful and unconditional. As Grayson navigates this heartbreaking loss, our thoughts and prayers are with him, and may he always feel his father’s love surrounding him.

Randy’s cousin, Tony Doshier, shared that Randy will be cremated, and details for a celebration of life will be announced soon. Friends, family, and all whose lives were touched by Randy are invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate his life with laughter, as he would have wanted.

Randy lived fully, gave generously, and loved deeply. While his absence leaves a void, his impact, lessons, and spirit will remain everlasting. Rest in peace, Randy Oliver—you will be forever missed and never forgotten.
