SNOW CAMP, NC — With heavy hearts, the community of Snow Camp mourns the tragic loss of Lily Rose Hahn, who passed away on June 2, 2025, at just 18 years old. Lily was a bright light in the lives of many — a kind, compassionate, and spirited young woman remembered for her loving heart and joyful presence.
Lily’s untimely passing has deeply affected her family, friends, and all who knew her. She is survived by her devoted mother, Amber Coleman, and her beloved siblings, Kaia and Kash Coleman. Her grandparents, Glenn and Denise Hahn, are among those holding close to the memories they shared with Lily and the love she so freely gave.
Lily was preceded in death by her uncles, Dustin and Cody Hahn — losses that marked her young life with sorrow, and now, heartbreak again touches her loved ones.
