THOMSON, Ga – The Thomson community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of 21-year-old Ashton Brown, who tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident on Friday afternoon, November 7, 2025.
According to McDuffie County Coroner Paul Johnson, the crash occurred on the 1500 block of Moose Club Road in Thomson. Investigators say Ashton was riding his motorcycle when, for reasons still under investigation, it veered off the roadway and crashed. Emergency responders rushed to the scene, but despite their best efforts, Ashton was pronounced dead at 4:45 p.m.
