According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), the two-vehicle collision occurred around 7:15 a.m. on U.S. Highway 43, approximately five miles south of Linden.
Authorities identified the victims as 53-year-old Lashandra S. Bell, of Gainesville, and an 18-year-old juvenile, Li Trez, of Mobile. Both drivers were tragically pronounced dead at the scene after their vehicles collided head-on.
