Marquis was found unresponsive in a yard in the 1200 block of South Spruce Street following a call to police around 3:21 p.m. The Pine Bluff Police Department has launched a homicide investigation, and while the case remains in its early stages, authorities are diligently working to uncover the circumstances surrounding his death. No suspects have yet been identified.
Born in 1989, Marquis was known for his quiet strength, kind spirit, and deep loyalty to those he loved. He brought joy and light to those around him and had a unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
