It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we share the tragic passing of Joshua Dixon, who lost his life in an accident on the morning of July 18, 2025—his 23rd birthday.
Joshua was a man of deep faith, boundless compassion, and unwavering purpose. A devoted husband, son, friend, and servant of God, he had only recently begun a new chapter of life with his beloved wife, Tanna Nicole, with whom he shared a beautiful and Christ-centered love.
Joshua lived with intention and joy. He poured his heart into ministry—whether it was teaching Bible studies, preaching the gospel, or serving in missions work. His calling led him far and wide, from the heart of Brazil to the rugged terrains of Alaska, and even to a tribal government school where he shared both knowledge and kindness. In every place and with every person, Joshua planted seeds of faith and hope.
To those who knew him, Joshua was more than a friend—he was an encourager, a spiritual brother, and a light in every room. His adventurous spirit, humble strength, and relentless passion for people left an indelible mark on every life he touched.
Though his time with us was far too short, Joshua lived more in 23 years than many do in a lifetime. He leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and purpose that will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tanna Nicole Dixon, his family, church community, and countless friends who will carry his memory forward with honor.
A celebration of Joshua’s life and legacy will be announced by the family . In the meantime, the family asks for prayers and support as they navigate this unimaginable loss.
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23
