Memory of Nevaeh Lee Hargis
Springfield, MO | 2008 – 2025
It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Nevaeh Lee Hargis, who left this world far too soon on May 22, 2025, at the age of 17. Nevaeh’s passing has left a deep void in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Nevaeh was a vibrant, compassionate young woman whose presence brought light and laughter into the lives of many. Whether it was through her warm smile, kind words, or quiet strength, she made those around her feel seen, valued, and loved. Her spirit was gentle but strong, and her empathy and kindness touched the lives of everyone she met.
Though her time with us was brief, Nevaeh’s impact will be everlasting. She will be remembered for her creative heart, her love for her siblings, and the joy she brought to every room she entered. Her legacy is one of love, resilience, and compassion—and her memory will continue to inspire those who knew her to treat others with care and kindness.
As we mourn the loss of such a beautiful soul, we ask that you keep Nevaeh’s family in your thoughts and prayers. This is an unimaginable loss, and your love and support mean more than words can express.
Nevaeh’s name is “Heaven” spelled backwards—and that is where we believe she now rests: at peace, surrounded by love.
Rest in peace, Nevaeh. You will always be loved. You will never be forgotten.
