With heavy hearts and profound sorrow, we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of Joel Lutz, beloved Co-Founder and President of mosaiXmultiply (mXm), who left this world peacefully on the evening of Thursday, July 17, 2025, due to natural causes.
Joel was more than a leader—he was the heartbeat of mXm. His vision, drive, and deep belief in the power of collaboration helped shape the organization from its earliest days. But beyond the titles and achievements, Joel was known for his quiet wisdom, his unwavering integrity, and the profound kindness he extended to all who knew him.
A true innovator and bridge-builder, Joel devoted his career to helping others discover purpose and create meaningful impact. He brought people together across disciplines, cultures, and backgrounds—always with humility, always with heart.
To his colleagues, he was a mentor. To his friends, a confidant. And to his family, a loving and constant presence. Joel believed in lifting others, and he did so every day—with words of encouragement, thoughtful leadership, and an enduring belief in the potential of people.
Though his passing was unexpected, Joel’s legacy is firmly rooted in the lives he touched, the movement he helped grow, and the spirit of generosity and grace he brought into every room.
Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Joel’s family, his loved ones, and the entire mXm community as we mourn this immense loss.
Joel, your light remains. Your legacy lives on in the work we continue, the lives you shaped, and the love you gave so freely. Thank you for leading with heart. You are deeply missed.
