STONINGTON, Conn. — Joel Trebisacci, 47, of Westerly, Rhode Island, tragically passed away on Saturday after being found unresponsive at the Stonington Town Fishing Dock, authorities confirmed.
According to NBC Connecticut, Stonington Police responded to the scene and immediately attempted CPR on Trebisacci, who had reportedly been diving in the area. Despite their efforts, he was transported to Westerly Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
