Born on September 24, 1995, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Meredith was the beloved daughter of Denise Grady Grant of the home and Brian L. Grant of Buffalo. She was a devoted mother, a cherished daughter, and a loyal friend whose life was filled with kindness, strength, and purpose.
Meredith was pursuing a degree in Business Marketing, driven by ambition and a desire to build a bright future for herself and her family. She was known for her strong work ethic, compassionate heart, and radiant personality. Her mesmerizing smile could light up a room and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Above all, Meredith was a loving mother to her two sons, Braydon Ward and Bryce Ward, who were the center of her world. She embraced motherhood with unwavering love and dedication, and her boys will forever carry her strength and spirit within them.
In addition to her sons and parents, Meredith leaves behind countless family members and friends who loved her dearly. She built a life surrounded by meaningful relationships and a community that will feel her absence profoundly.
The Grant family extends their deepest appreciation for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support during this incredibly difficult time. Meredith’s life, though far too short, was a beautiful one that touched many hearts. Her memory will live on through the lives she impacted and the love she gave so freely.
