Texas Woman Arrested After 1-Year-Old Nephew Exposed to THC Vape Pen
El Paso County, TX – A 20-year-old woman, Vianney Alyssa Acosta, is facing child endangerment and drug possession charges after her 1-year-old nephew was exposed to a THC vape pen while in her care.
The incident occurred on May 16, 2025, when El Paso County Sheriff’s Office East Montana Patrol deputies responded to a medical emergency involving a toddler showing signs consistent with drug exposure.
